What do Michael J. Fox, Helen Hunt, William Shatner, John Cleese and JoJo Siwa have in common?

You're all in Rhode Island this weekend, my friends.

Yes, Rhode Island Comic Con attracted some A-list celebrities this year. Here are my picks for 11 celebrities you won't want to miss at the convention, November 1-3 at the Rhode Island Convention Center and Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence.

Grab your autograph book and get in the car: We're heading to Providence.

Michael J Fox

Whether you know him as Marty McFly or Alex P. Keaton or the Deputy Mayor of New York from “Spin City,” you'll want to meet Fox when he's in town Saturday and Sunday. Since being diagnosed with Parkinson's, he has also become an advocate and author: he founded the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, wrote several books including No Time Like the Future: An Optimist Considers Mortality (2020), and even provided some lightness with the inclusion. Parkinson has a brilliant act as Larry David's neighbor in “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” Check out his schedule and pricing here.

Christopher Lloyd

Speaking of Back to the Future, Doc Brown is also in town.

The legend's life goes back half a century – and even at the age of 86, Lloyd hasn't stopped working. He was fantastic this season as Larry Arbuckle on the HBO series “Hacks” and has appeared everywhere from the Disney+ Star Wars series “The Mandalorian” to the George Clooney-directed “The Tender Bar.”

But aside from his role as Doc, you most likely know him as Taber in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Reverend Jim in Taxi, Uncle Fester in the Addams Family movies, or – for '90s kids like me – when scaring the crap out of you as Judge Doom in “Who Framed Roger Rabbit?” (I still have nightmares.) Details here.

Helen Hunt

Stream “Twisters” anytime. Now's your chance to watch the original Twister with Helen Hunt at the Mall Theater. Yes, Hunt will be at Providence Place Mall on Friday at 8 p.m. for a question-and-answer session, followed by a screening of the 1996 classic at 8:30 p.m. Admission: $60, autographed $150, and for the Helen Hunt superfan you can get an autograph and photo for $270. Details here.

In the meantime, you can find the Oscar winner (“As Good As It Gets”) at the convention's regular meet-and-greet on Friday afternoon and Saturday. Details here.

Giancarlo Esposito

Giancarlo Esposito as Moff Gideon in Season 2 of The Mandalorian. – Lucas Film Ltd.

Gus Fring is in the house. Aside from losing half his face as a chicken dealer in “Breaking Bad” – and committing more evil deeds in “Better Call Saul” – we also know him as Moff Gideon in “The Mandalorian” and as Vought's superhero wrangler Stan Edgar the crazy joyride “The Boys”. For my money, one of the best shows out there right now. The question is which tattoos does he see more often in PVD: Los Pollos Hermanos, Star Wars or Homelander? Details here.

Dean Norris

Fring better watch out because Hank Schrader is in the house too. (Don't leave incriminating books in the men's room.) In addition to “Breaking Bad” and “Better Call Saul,” Norris also recently presided over the trial of Larry David when Judge Whittaker appeared on the finale of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” in Jerry Seinfeld's Pop Tart film “Unfrosted” and plays Randall Stabler in “Law & Order: Organized Crime.” Details here.

Chris Parnell

“Liz, I believe that doctor-patient confidentiality is a two-way street. I’m cheating on my wife.”

“Tracy, you're going to die…if I tell you who I'm dating.”

I could go on all day. We “30 Rock” fans all have our favorite lines and Dr. Leo Spaceman just has so many gems. Of course, the “SNL” alum is one of those actors who shows up everywhere and always delivers, from “Curb Your Enthusiasm” to “The Goldbergs” to the Anchorman films “Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story” and “Hot Rod.” and more. I'm sure he'll have plenty of Archer, Fallout and Rick & Morty fans – he'll do team-ups with Rick & Morty cast members. Details here.

Priscilla Presley

Priscilla Presley in The Naked Gun. – Paramount Pictures

Yes, like Elvis' ex-wife. Presley played Jenna Wade in “Dallas” and Jane Spencer in the “Naked Gun” series, and was played on screen by Olivia DeJonge in Baz Luhrmann's “Elvis” (2022) and Cailee Spaeny in Sofia Coppola's “Priscilla” (2023). …. Aaaand me I just lost all the Graceland fanatics. They race toward the Rhode Island Convention Center. Details here.

William Shatner

Reports of his death are greatly exaggerated.

Yes, after correcting the internet – and his own sister – that he is, in fact, still alive, Kirk, 93, recently beamed down to New England to meet fans, whether they're into “Star Trek,” Boston Legal” or “Boston Legal” decide. ” “$#*! My Dad Says” or his music – it’s almost “Shatner Claus” season. Details here.

JoJo Siwa

She's come a long way since Dance Moms. Now a 21-year-old pop singer, she will be under contract all weekend – and, according to Comic Con's website, perform on stage at the Omni Providence Hotel Narragansett Ballroom on Friday night from 8 to 8:45 p.m. You can also submit a panel discussion question for Siwa through the website. JoJo fans, it's time. Details here and here.

John Cleese

John Cleese from Monty Python. – Mills Entertainment

Insert your favorite Monty Python quote here.

Like Lloyd, the 85-year-old legend has a resume a mile long and is still building it: See him as Terry in Michael Boccalini's 2024 film How to Make Her Leave. You probably know him from Monty Python Films, as Almost Headless Nick in the “Harry Potter” films, as Archie in “A Fish Called Wanda” or from his dubbing work – from “Shrek” films to Dreamworks’ “Trolls.”

And where is my “Garden Wall” colleague? – both Cleese and Lloyd voiced the characters in the underrated animated gem “Over the Garden Wall.” An annual fall must-watch for me: Cartoon Network's under-the-radar, quirky fairytale miniseries turns 10 this year. After reading this, actually watch it. Details here.

Chris Klein

You probably know him as Oz from the “American Pie” movies – and he'll also be taking part in a panel discussion with other “American Pie” cast members – but to me he'll always be Paul from “Election.” Details here.
