The Seahawks are mediocre.

Uh, they'll be in playoff contention.

They're fine, but what we saw last night is what we've seen the last two seasons, and that's one of the reasons Pete Carroll is gone.

They're just not in the same zip code as the 49ers.

The 49ers beat them up, push them around.

Yes, see how we got back into the game.

They had chances to win.

It's like the Sea Hawks are what they are.

They're going to be that 98, maybe 10 if everything goes well, team, whereas with the 49ers, everyone was kind of lukewarm at the start of this game and, uh, maybe they're not that good.

Maybe the 49ers will be fine.

They are one of the five best teams in the NFL.

Over time they become healthier.

They are still able to turn off anyone's lights.

They could still win a Super Bowl.

This is what it showed me last night.

I did a couple of media hits, um, heading into Thursday and it was still like, we're worried about Brock Purdy, and then last night I look at it and I'm like, this is, we have to personally has to stop doing this every two or three games.

What is Brock Purdy?

Let's reconsider what Purdy is now.

Oh my goodness.

Everything wasn't perfect.

Oh, they fight.

We have to give them moments to find their feet, just like we do with any other team, and I have to essentially repeat the first four games of the season or preseason and then the next four games of the season, that's where your season starts just really start.

At this point you should, um, find your chemistry and start clicking.

Look, you know I love my eighties wrestling analogies like “Hacksaw” or “Jim Duggan” always hitting the wrestling circuit.

Just go, oh, with the big two by four over his shoulder, that's how I feel every time Brock Purdy has a throw like he did last night against George Ktel in the end zone, because there just aren't many there There are quarterbacks who can throw the ball so perfectly and accurately in this situation.

It was like the ball could fit in an inch and he pushed it in and I was like, “Oh, because I've been saying that for a long time, it's just kind of weird to me.” I just don't care , where he was drafted, and at some point I don't care who his head coach is.

I'm just looking at a quarterback who will execute this year.

He uses this ale theism.

He runs around, sometimes he makes plays.

We didn't know he could do it and he still delivers incredibly accurate football on time.

He seems to enjoy it every time, yes, even really good quarterbacks occasionally have good or bad games, it happens to all of them.

I'm just tired of him becoming the narrative that Brock Purdy is no good every time he has a bad game.

As if he's proven he's getting paid, he should be paid.

He is one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL.
