49ers' Nick Bosa blasts Brock Purdy in interview with MAGA

49ers' Nick Bosa blasts Brock Purdy in interview with MAGA

Nick Bosa is a man short of words at press conferences, but he went out of his way to make a statement when he crashed a live interview after the 49ers' Sunday night win over the Cowboys.

Bosa walked behind Brock Purdy, who was being asked a question by “Sunday Night Football” reporter Melissa Stark, adjusted his white “Make America Great Again” cap, pointed to the message and then jogged out of frame.

Tight end George Kittle and running back Isaac Guerendo were also available to answer questions from Stark.

Bosa hasn't been particularly reticent about his support for former President Donald Trump, who is on the Nov. 6 ballot to return to the White House. He stands out in the Bay Area, where Democratic presidential candidate and current Vice President Kamala Harris lives.

The 27-year-old former NFL Defensive Player of the Year posed for a photo with Trump during the offseason at a UFC fight in Miami, near his hometown of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While at Ohio State University, Bosa tweeted in support of Trump, but said before the draft that he had stopped posting about the then-president and deleted some posts because he might be drafted to San Francisco.
