Bashaw signs Moms for Liberty Parent Pledge

New Jersey Republican candidate for U.S. Senate Curtis Bashaw has signed the “Moms for Liberty” parenting pledge ahead of the finale of the 2024 election next week.

“While I understand that some conservatives have questioned Mr. Bashaw's stance on certain issues, my focus today was on his stance on the teaching of gender ideology in schools, the inclusion of sexually explicit material in school, and admissions of biological men in our girls.” “Toilets, locker rooms and sports – as these issues directly impact our ability to provide a safe and prosperous environment for our children,” shared Kristen Cobo Morris County, NJ Chapter Chair of the prominent parent rights group, with.

Cobo reported he met with Bashaw on Wednesday to discuss his views on various issues important to Moms for Liberty and the parents they represent.

“Not only did Mr. Bashaw enthusiastically express his support for the parental rights movement, he also agreed on all of the above issues and signed our Moms for Liberty Parent Pledge,” Cobo added. “We look forward to having these important conversations continue and work together to restore parental rights to protect our children.”

Bashaw is the underdog in the race to succeed disgraced former Sen. Bob Menendez, who was convicted on federal corruption charges earlier this year. The Democratic nominee is Andy Kim, incumbent Congressman for New Jersey's 3rd District.

Bashaw is a businessman and developer based in Cape May, New Jersey, and owner and operator of iconic resort properties, including the historic Convention Hall.
