Bears vs. Cardinals: TV map, preview, odds, weather and more

No two NFL franchises have been around longer than the Chicago Bears and the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals began 1920* as Chicago's first professional football team in the American Professional Football Association, while the Bears franchise played that season as the Decatur Staleys.

* Before joining the APFA, the Cardinals were technically founded in 1898 as an independent club, the Morgan Athletic Club. They then became the Racine Normals (1899-1900) and finally the Racine Cardinals (1901-1906, 1913-1919). h/t to Luke Toussaint

The Cardinals remained in the Windy City until 1960, then moved to St. Louis, and have been in Arizona since 1988.

The Staleys moved to Chicago in 1921 (winning the franchise's first championship) and changed their name to the Bears in 1922.

The Bears' winning percentage against the Cardinals is .633, the sixth-best in franchise history, and their 60 wins against that franchise are their third-most against any opponent.

In recent history, these teams have won every matchup since 2006, the historic game between Brian Urlacher and Devin Hester. If this trend continues, the Cards will come out on top.
