The fast food chain's popular Spicy Chicken Nuggets will return, the restaurant confirmed to The Post.

Spicy Chicken Nuggets are a twist on the classic chicken nuggets, breaded in a crispy tempura shell and seasoned with a mixture of cayenne pepper and chili.

The recurring menu item will be available for a limited time starting November 4th and is already appearing on the McDonald's website. The nuggets are available in four sizes: six, 10, 20 and 40 pieces.

However, they will only be available at participating locations in “local markets including Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Memphis, New York and more,” McDonald's told The Post.

Commenters on a post by food blogger @markie_devo were quick to complain that they won't be able to get the Spicy Chicken Nuggets at their local McDonald's, although the foodie noted that McDonald's hasn't provided the full list of rollout locations so there's still hope .

“They need to keep these on the menu,” one person said.

“KEEP THIS PERMANENT, these ones with their ranch are euphoric,” another shared.

“I've been waiting for this for years so they're better around me this time… I wish they would make them permanent,” someone commented.

Spicy chicken nugget lovers have experienced a rollercoaster of emotions over the years, as the favorite dish item comes and disappears every now and then, appearing randomly on menus and then being removed without warning within a few weeks or months.
