Bank of America Failure: People Complained About Account Balances

On Wednesday, people complained that their balance wasn't visible in the app, while others said they could access their account but saw a $0 balance.

“App not working and online banking shows yesterday’s account balance,” said a user on Downdetector.

“Both app and browser access to BoA remain at least partially disabled for us,” said another user. “I can now see some of our accounts, but not all. And the transfer between accounts feature still doesn’t work for all accounts.”
