Meghan Markle wears a plunging red halterneck dress to the gala in Los Angeles

On Saturday, Meghan Markle made a surprise appearance as a guest at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles 2024 Gala. The event honors CHLA's patients and the hospital's pediatric staff. The Duchess of Sussex looked stunning in a bright red Carolina Herrera dress with a halter top and plunging neckline.

The skirt had a knee-high slit and she wore the look with red strappy sandals and a gold bangle. Meghan had her hair down in soft curls and wore a natural makeup palette.

Her husband, Prince Harry, was not in attendance, but she walked the red carpet with Alliance of Moms founder Kelly Mckee Zajfen.
