INTERNATIONALLY acclaimed comedian and former presenter of The Daily ShowTrevor Noah has announced the release of his new book, Into the Uncut Grass, which is set to hit stores on October 8th.

The book follows the success of his memoirs ““Born a Crime” It details his personal story and the injustices he faced growing up half black and half white in South Africa under and after apartheid.

Additionally, it creates excitement as audiences are reminded of Noah's storytelling ability, showcasing his signature humor and inviting both children and adults to immerse themselves in the story.

In collaboration with visionary artist Sabina Hahn, the book is explained to be infused with the author's signature wit and imagination and is intended to be a story for readers of all ages – to read aloud or to read alone.

Noah's first book became an instant New York Times bestseller and won the 2017 Thurber Prize for American Humor.

Beyond his literary pursuits, Noah has become a respected name worldwide and is best known as host of the Emmy and Peabody Award-winning “The Daily Show on Comedy Central” from 2015 to 2022.

Last year, the Praemium Erasmianum Foundation awarded the 2023 Erasmus Prize to the South African comedian for his inspired contribution to the theme “In Praise of Folly”, named after Erasmus' most famous book, which is full of humor, social criticism and political satire.

It was noted that the jury was convinced that Noah upheld the “Erasmian Spirit” with his clever, wide-ranging and satirical political humour.
