Shakira plays Boston at Fenway Park on May 29th – NBC Boston

Grammy-winning Colombian superstar Shakira is bringing her world tour to Boston next year.

The world tour, surrounding the release of the album “The Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” (Women Don't Cry), was originally scheduled to begin next month, but the singer postponed the dates due to overwhelming demand to hit larger venues for tickets. The 17-track album is the singer-songwriter's first studio album in seven years.

She announced the new dates on Monday. The tour will end on May 29th at Fenway Park in Boston.
