All the costume reveals and best moments

The TODAY team finally gets the VHS they've been looking for in this morning's grand finale – “Titanic.”

Near or far, wherever they are, Hoda and Jenna as Jack and Rose from Titanic will always be together, as they should be.

“This film is The the most iconic of that time,” Jenna tells TODAY.com.

Did the original film make her cry? “Are you kidding?” Jenna asks. “Which movie made you cry more than Titanic?” It’s a heartbreak.”

And it's not the only one. “Hoda just announced she was leaving and my heart was broken, and yet it’s going to continue,” Jenna says.

Still, she says she and Hoda enjoy recreating the film's classic scenes. “The fact that we're going to have this moment to this song with one and (Hoda) holding me from behind…that's the best,” Jenna says.

Recalling her last Halloween with TODAY, Hoda says she thought a lot about who she should dress up as for her final costume.

“I've played all these strange characters over the years. I played Yoda. I was Cher, I was an acrobat, I was Elton (John) – which my children are still afraid of. So I thought, “What should I be?” Something beautiful, flowing. Then I said, 'No, I'm going to be Jack from Titanic,'” Hoda says.

“I think it’s a great way to go out,” she explains. “Jenna and I hug.”

As for her Jack and Rose costumes, Greenbaum said Jenna's costume was much simpler than Rose's, requiring some legwork to put together in time for the reveal.

“This dress is so important. It's this beautiful twilight blue velvet jacket and silk skirt. It’s fully embroidered,” says Greenbaum. “It’s such an iconic visual moment that I knew we had to build it from the start.”

For the scarf, she tracked down a vintage 19th-century piece similar to the one Rose wears on the front of the Titanic. “This boat moment is so important,” Greenbaum says.

Speaking of moments, Hoda and Jenna's embrace as Jack and Rose is one we can safely say we'll never let go of.
