Walmart is tapping into star power to promote its Black Friday deals this year. One year after the cast reunited Mean Girls For a Black Friday ad, Walmart is launching a 10-part “Adver-tainment” series starring Taye Diggs, Lisa Rinna, Ian Somerhalder, Anthony Ramos, Chad Michael Murray, Jake Shane and Walton Goggins.

Walmart says the clips, titled “Deals of Desire,” are “inspired by customers' love for the thrill of finding the season's best deals.” Each mini-episode highlights one of Walmart's 2024 Black Friday deals, with storylines and characters inspired by series like Bridgerton, Friday Night Lights And The Vampire Diaries.

Walmart's Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday sales started earlier this year, with deals launching online on November 11th. Like last year, Walmart+ members get early access to the deals and receive exclusive shopping (and shipping) perks. A Walmart+ membership normally costs $98/year, but now you can get it at 50% off, bringing the price down to just $49.
