Why you should watch Singham Again

Penned by Rohit Shetty, Singham Again is an out-and-out commercial action film. It features a star-studded star cast of Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor. The trailer makes it clear that this is the Rohit Shetty film of all time, with flying cars, gravity-defying bullets and dialogues galore. So if you're looking for some masala entertainment this weekend, check out Singham Again. The film also combines elements of the Ramayana with the narrative of Bajirao Singham's life, making it all the more apt for a Diwali watch.

Singham Again also has something for everyone as it features several popular stars and caters to every fandom with Dhamakedaar entries and promotion points for all actors. Furthermore, it is useful to look at the story of the victory of good over evil on Diwali, the festival commemorating Lord Rama's return to Ayodhya. Furthermore, entertainers like Singham Again are traditionally the audience's choice during Diwalis (Muqaddar Ka Sikandar and Tiger 3 are among the biggest Diwali hits in recent years).

Why you should watch Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

On the other hand, Anees Bazmee's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is a horror-comedy, a genre that has gained traction in India in recent years. Like Singham Again, it continued the legacy of a franchise. Apart from Kartik Aaryan, the film also marks the comeback of OG Manjulika Vidya Balan. Hence, fans of the original Bhool Bhulaiyaa have something to look forward to. The film also features Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri which adds to the star power. The horror-comedy genre has been the most successful in Bollywood in recent times, thanks to the success of Stree 2, Munjya and Bhediya. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 also deserves it 266 crore two years ago. A well-crafted horror comedy could be just the break you need this festive weekend.

Unlike classic horror films, these are not so scary that family audiences can't watch them. Additionally, Kartik Aaryan's popularity among children makes the film interesting for families as well, and the festivals are all about family outings. Most importantly, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is an entertaining watch, with elements of comedy, some great comedians and Anees Bazmee's trademark humor. For those who tend to avoid heavy action during the holidays, it may be a better watch.

To sum it up

When deciding which film is better, everyone should consider their own film. Audiences are lucky to have two highly anticipated films to choose from this weekend. “Singham Again” will be interesting for those who want pure entertainers and are action fans. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will appeal to horror-comedy fans as well as those looking for breezier films. And if you are one of those who just love movies, I recommend you to book a ticket for both the films over the weekend and have a happy Diwali.

But be careful! Since I haven't seen either film yet, this suggestion/advice is based solely on the trailers. I can vouch for the promise and potential of these films, not the quality. However, we hope that both films can entertain the audience like many others have done during Diwalis in the past few years.
