Jets WR returns after concussion evaluation

The Jets were just about to end the third quarter when Adams scored for a 17-yard gain on a critical fourth-and-1 after the Texans' 48-yard drive. He beat Houston's Kamari Lassiter at the line of scrimmage and made it well past the first-down marker before cornerback Eric Murray hit him out of bounds.

But Adams was slow to bounce back after the game and later was evaluated for a concussion. In the game broadcast he was seen leaving the pitch and going to the dressing room.

However, Adams returned and took the field in the fourth quarter with the Jets maintaining a 14-10 lead. And it was an emphatic return: Adams scored his first touchdown with the Jets, giving the team a 21-10 lead with 2:56 left.
