Can I still vote in person in Colorado if I lost my mail-in ballot?

Can I still vote in person in Colorado if I lost my mail-in ballot?

Yes.

Colorado voters who lost, damaged, or did not receive their ballot can still vote at a polling place. The deadline to vote is 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 5th. Voters who are at their polling station by 7:00 p.m. on that day are allowed to cast their vote. Visit GoVoteColorado.gov for a list of nearby polling locations.

Once someone votes in person, the ballot previously mailed to them becomes invalid in the state's voter database. This ensures that each voter does not submit more than one ballot.

The last day to request a replacement ballot by mail or return ballots by mail was October 28th. Completed ballot papers can be dropped off at a mailbox or voting center until the 7:00 p.m. deadline on election day. Replacement mail-in ballots are also available at voting centers.
