Vice President Kamala Harris will headline a rally in Milwaukee on Friday evening, the same evening Donald Trump will hold a rally at Fiserv Forum.

When the Harris campaign announced the event Wednesday evening, her campaign did not name the location. But a rapidly growing lakefront scene and a series of city approvals suggest something is about to happen on the lakefront.

But on Thursday, a campaign spokesman said the stage would not be the site of Friday's rally. It was not known what the stage would be used for.

An electricity permit states that temporary electricity will be provided for the “Kamala-Harris Rally”. A noise permit was issued Wednesday for Wednesday's campaign.

The Harris for President campaign is building a stage at Veterans Park, 1750 N. Lincoln Memorial Dr., where amplified music will be allowed to play every night until 10 p.m. Concerts can take place on the stage every day until Monday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., November 4th.

Harris is scheduled to perform with musicians at a different location on Friday The Isley brothers, GloRilla, Flo Milli, MC Lyte And DJ GEMINI GILLY.

The campaign announced the musician on Thursday morning Cardi B will deliver “remarks” at Friday’s event.

Trump has not confirmed a guest list for his rally, but has confirmed the former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre appeared with Trump in Green Bay on Wednesday.

UPDATE: Multiple sources familiar with the campaign's plans said Friday's event would be held at the Wisconsin State Fair Park Exposition Center.
