Ariana Grande wears Vivienne Westwood pink ball gown to 'Wicked' premiere

On Saturday evening, Ariana Grande was stunned Evil Red carpet premiere in a blush pink dress by Vivienne Westwood Couture in Sydney, Australia. The ball gown was made from layers of pink tulle and covered in peach crystal details that formed a starburst shape, originally designed by Westwood and frequently featured in her collections since 2010. The top consisted of a corset and had voluminous, sheer sleeves that then reached down to Grande's wrists.

The skirt reached to the floor in a waterfall of fabric. The star wore her dress with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, including a butterfly choker and diamond earrings.

Grande wore her hair half up and a tendril down one side of her face. She wore a natural makeup palette with a slight cat eye and a glossy pink lip.

Her co-star Cynthia Erivo wore a similarly dramatic look from Louis Vuitton. Erivo's sleeveless black dress also trailed behind her and featured a massive bow that created a sculptural silhouette. She wore a black fabric choker with a silver and diamond pendant in the center. She accessorized with dazzling green sunglasses, silver earrings and statement rings, and a gorgeous green gel manicure.

The couple also posed together, standing along the “yellow brick road” created for the big event.

The two actresses said they have become quite close since they began filming Jon M. Chu's adaptation of the hit Broadway musical. Grande appeared on the November 1 episode of Broadway Podcast Network Sentimental men podcast where they said they didn't do a chemistry reading before being cast. However, she said that they promised to “get to know each other in such a way that I can just look at her and know what she's thinking… because without that, there's nothing else.”
