Billie Eilish comments on rising pop stars Sabrina Carpenter and Charli XCX

Billie Eilish, who is currently on her Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour, has nothing but positive things to say about her pop industry colleagues and won hearts with her answer to a tough question.

In a recent interview, the 22-year-old singer and her brother Finneas were asked to share their thoughts on the success of their fellow pop stars, including Charli XCX, Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan.

The Birds of a Feather In an interview with , Hitmaker was asked if she felt threatened by up-and-coming artists The Los Angeles Times but she responded with supportive comments.

“Are you kidding me?” She replied to the outlet. “I’m so happy for these b—-es. It's a crazy world when you get to the level they're experiencing right now and they're doing great. Fans are drawn to them because they’re fucking awesome.”

The Lunch The singer also discussed her difficult relationship with fame in the interview, recalling an awkward moment when a TSA agent took photos of her in what she described as a “power imbalance” situation.

“You can't tell the TSA, 'Don't take my picture,'” Finneas added. “They would say, 'Come into this room.' You are in charge.”

Although Billie noted, “These are the people who are supposed to keep you safe.”

The nine-time Grammy winner shared that when she first hit the peak of fame, she didn't know if her life would ever go back to normal: “I thought, this is what my life is going to be like. I will never be able to go outside again and I will never feel human again. Every room will say, ‘That’s Billie Eilish!’ and that’s going to make me want to kill myself at some point.”
