Calculate the chance of rain on the weekend

CLEVELAND – The start to the day will be much milder Saturday than Friday morning, with more clouds. You can thank our next system for that and the fact that it can rain again this weekend. Apart from a few scattered rain showers, it will remain dry for most of the day on Saturday. Plan on temperatures in the 60s, cooler than Friday afternoon but fairly typical for mid-October.

Rain/storm chances increase tonight and into early Sunday. The greatest chance of rain is in the northernmost communities, where the highest amounts of precipitation also fall. There are expected to be large fluctuations in rainfall levels through the end of the weekend. Plan for regular showers for the rest of the day on Sunday and Monday.

This system will have a cold front, so we will see another cold snap next week! Highs are expected to remain in the 50s early next week. Next week it will slowly become drier here too. We are leaving open the possibility for some lake effect showers on Tuesday and Wednesday, so they will only affect our northeast communities.

Wednesday: Isolated early rain showers with lake effect. Still cool. | High: 56º
