Christina Applegate has sparked outrage among her followers with her reaction to the 2024 presidential election

As the United States and the rest of the world begin to anticipate Donald Trump's re-election to the White House as the 47th President of the United States, Christina Applegate is making her outrage at the results crystal clear.

On X, that Dead to me The star isn't afraid to show how disappointed she is over Kamala Harris' loss.

“Please unfollow me if you voted against women’s rights. Against disability rights. Yes, that,” wrote the actress, who has been open about her battle with MS since 2021. “Stop following me because what you have done is unreal. I don't want followers like that. So yes. Completed.”

In addition to wanting support from Trump voters, Applegate also appears ready to give up on social media altogether. “Also, after today I'm going to close this fan account that I've had for so many years because this is sick,” she continued.

Before the election results were known, Applegate, mother of 13-year-old daughter Sadie Grace LeNoble, was already expressing her frustration.

“Why? Tell me your reasons for this????” She wrote on X. “My child is sobbing because her rights as a woman could be taken away.” Why? And if you disagree, please unfollow me .”

In their responses, many of her followers object to her stance.

“Done,” wrote one user, indicating that he has already unfollowed the actress. “I have a severely disabled child, I am a woman and you are completely misinformed. Good luck.” Applegate then replied. “Bye. And I'm sorry. See you on the other side,” she wrote. “I’m sure I’ll get a better place.”

“The problem is that women can't think clearly one week a month and that's not good for a female president and the American people know it,” wrote another user, who apparently believes Harris couldn't become president because , well, she has a menstrual cycle. “Are you kidding me?” Applegate responded indignantly. “Answer the phone now. Give me your number!!!”

“I really have no idea who you are, but Harris can't blame anyone but herself for her loss,” another user wrote in her replies. “You’re just whining. “Get over it,” they continued, identifying themselves as a “disabled person.” “Oh, I’m whining??? “Really,” Applegate replied. “If you don’t know who I am yet, you’re following me, then fuck off. I am disabled. Every day of my life is hard.”

Unfortunately for Applegate, most of her replies, and probably her supporters, appear to be on her side in this election. While she may feel under attack at the moment, we applaud her for telling the truth and sticking to her values.
