Could Dillon Gabriel be a Day 1 pick in the NFL Draft?

Could Dillon Gabriel be a Day 1 pick in the NFL Draft? The reason I ask this question is because when you look at the top of the NFL Draft, there is no surefire #1 QB in this draft class. Everyone has their opinion, and unfortunately we don't sit in on the meetings of these NFL front offices, so your guess could be as good as anyone else's.

Some love Sheduer Sanders, some don't. Jalen Milroe and Carson Beck had ups and downs throughout their college careers, Darts continued to grow, and Cam Wards quickly became my QB1 based on my latest two-round mock draft that I posted earlier this week. So?

Could Dillon Gabriel be a Day 1 pick in the NFL Draft?

The Oregon Ducks 2025 story started with a big push into the Big Ten, but then they blossomed, with a recent big win against Ohio State, the sky is the limit for the Ducks! Based on PFF grades and AP polls, Oregon is a top-tier team, and wherever people rank, teams give out grades. They have achieved this with a strong defense and an offense that balances run and pass very well. Statistically, none of their offensive weapons rank in the top five at their respective positions, but they have put it all together to be ranked No. 1 in the country and undefeated to this point.

The focus is on Dillon Gabriel, the 6-foot-1, 200-pound transfer player from Oklahoma who also played at UCF. He has been extremely productive in his six college seasons, averaging over 3,000 yards when playing at least ten games. He does a great job distributing the ball and has a high football IQ that NFL teams will love in this draft process.
