Dungeon of Doom Mailbag: Our thoughts on Jameson Williams and Lions' reaction

ALLEN PARK – It's been another busy week filled with headlines, trade speculation and rumors surrounding the Detroit Lions.

MLive's Dungeon of Doom podcast is back with another Mailbag episode answering questions about Jameson Williams and more on potential edge rusher fit. Williams, who has been suspended for one game of his two games, hit the headlines as part of an internal investigation by the Detroit Police Department following a traffic stop earlier this month.

The Lions have continued to offer their support to Williams, saying they trust the young wide receiver because they know who he is and what he cares about. However, there were several questions surrounding Williams' situation, so a lot of time was spent discussing the recent setback and the team's response.

So you just have to do your best to avoid situations where something like that doesn’t happen.”
