Fantasy Football: Top Waiver Wire adds ahead of Week 7

The fantasy football regular season has reached its halfway point for many leagues. As fantasy football managers look to improve their rosters for a late-season push, there are plenty of players who could do just that.

Here are five players hit on waivers before Week 7 who are in less than 50 percent of ESPN leagues (except for one must-add player who is in just over 50 percent of leagues) .

1-2. Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore, WRs, Cleveland Browns

The Browns and Buffalo Bills shocked the NFL world when they agreed to a trade to send Amari Cooper to Buffalo. Now that Cooper is no longer in Cleveland, there are plenty of goals to accomplish.

Cooper led the team with 53 targets this year. These must now be assigned to other recipients. Jeudy and Moore are the only two proven receivers in Cleveland and should see big growth this season. Jeudy is owned in 52.2 percent of leagues while Moore is owned in 0.7 percent of leagues.

3. Tank Bigsby, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars (44 percent owned)

If Bigsby hasn't been in your league yet, he's a must watch this week. Travis Etienne Jr. is dealing with his injury week-to-week, putting Bigsby back at the helm in Jacksonville. He had a breakout game in Week 5 – he ran 13 times for 101 yards and two touchdowns. He should have a big chance in Week 7 against the Patriots.

4. Demario Douglas, WR, New England Patriots (21.1 percent owned)

The Patriots made a change at quarterback last week, giving rookie Drake Maye the start against the Houston Texans. While the Patriots lost 41-21, Maye obviously had a connection to Douglas.

Douglas led the team in receptions (six), receiving yards (92) and targets (nine) and had one touchdown. He's a must as Maye continues to grow more comfortable in New England.

5. Tyrone Tracy Jr., RB, New York Giants (44.9 percent owned)

The Giants selected Tracy in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. Despite being the replacement for Devin Singletary, he has filled in for the injured running back in recent weeks and has been outstanding.

In Week 5, he had 18 carries for 129 yards. In Week 6, he had 17 carries for 50 yards and a touchdown and six receptions for 57 yards.

Tracy is a great player on your bench and a must-have if Singletary misses time.
