First look at the 2024 Christmas decorations

With the Halloween season coming to an end on October 31st with the final Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the Magic Kingdom's holiday season transition is officially underway.

The transition from pumpkins to poinsettias began overnight as crews quickly removed Halloween decorations and began putting up Christmas decorations throughout the park.

Main Street in the USA has begun to adopt its classic festive look with seasonal garlands and wreaths.

More decorations and the Christmas tree in the town square will be added in the coming days, along with Magic Kingdom's classic Christmas music.

Starting November 2nd, the Jungle Cruise gets a festive makeover and becomes the “Jingle Cruise” with festive jokes, whimsical decorations and lots of festive charm.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party begins on select nights November 8th through December 20th. Admission prices range from $169 to $219 per person. This Magic Kingdom holiday event offers holiday party tickets that provide access to holiday entertainment and attractions. Guests can look forward to entertainment such as Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show and the castle stage show Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration. The event also features free cookies, cocoa and holiday-themed attractions, as well as meet-and-greets with special characters and festive dance parties held throughout the park. The exclusive event offers guests the opportunity to experience Magic Kingdom with shorter attraction wait times and unique seasonal offerings.

Starting November 12th, Olaf takes the stage in the show “Frozen Holiday Surprise,” where Cinderella Castle transforms into a shimmering, crystallized palace for the evening. In the show, characters from Arendelle come together to create a castle that glows all night long.
