Inter Miami CF set the MLS regular season points record, finishing its 2024 campaign with 74 points after a 6-2 win over the New England Revolution on Saturday.

Before breaking the MLS single-season points record, Inter Miami won the Supporters' Shield and secured first place in the Audi 2024 MLS Cup Playoffs standings. That guaranteed home-field advantage throughout the postseason and hosting rights for the MLS Cup presented by Audi on December 7th should they reach that stage.

Next, Inter Miami hosts the East Wild Card winner in a best-of-3 first-round series beginning with a standalone game on October 25 (8:30 p.m. ET). It will be the first time Inter Miami hosts a playoff game in their five-year history.

Head coach Tata Martino's side will attempt to become the eighth double-winning team (MLS Cup and Supporters' Shield) in league history and the first since the 2022 LAFC squad.

Inter Miami has secured a place in the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup, taking part in the continental club competition for the second year in a row.
