How to Camp at the Louisiana Renaissance Festival (Even if Passes Sell Out)

What could be better than spending a day at the Ren Faire, sipping mead from a horn and munching on turkey legs? No longer have to drive home afterwards.

The six-weekend Louisiana Renaissance Festival begins this Saturday, November 2nd, and camping passes for some weekends have already sold out. Check the official website to find out the dates you would like to attend and check if there are still places available.

Campgrounds start at $25 for the entire weekend for rustic sites without electricity and go up to $65 per weekend for sites with RV hookups. Each location accommodates 4 people.

Remember that the cost of a camping reservation does not include a ticket to the festival and you need a valid ticket to camp.

Hidden Oaks Family Campground

Indian Creek Campground

Indian Creek Campground – not to be confused with Indian Hills Nudist Camp – is a perfect rustic escape for all ages. Campers can play basketball on the basketball court, fish in the pond, or explore hiking trails.
