How to watch Big Blue Madness 2024, news, recruit list and live blog

Kentucky Wildcats basketball returns to Rupp Arena tonight with the annual Big Blue Madness.

The event will feature both the men's and women's teams on the new interactive LED glass floor. Each team will be led by a new head coach. Former Wildcat Mark Pope will lead the men, while Kenny Brooks will lead the women.

Today's conversation begins at 7:00 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on the SEC Network. You can also stream the event LIVE on Watch ESPN at this link.

The entire Big Blue Nation will have fun tonight as both teams will hold special performances as well as unique competitions, drills and other interactive stunts.

The men have an entirely new roster and not a single player who saw real game action for John Calipari's team a season ago is returning. An entirely new group might raise concerns among some, but new head coach Mark Pope and his staff have clearly worked tirelessly to improve the team's chemistry.

Brooks now has a mix of his own players that he brought in and players that he inherited when he took over the coaching position in Great Britain.

Both teams are expected to be relatively productive in their first season with their new coaches. And honestly, that's okay. After all, this is Kentucky basketball. The expectations should be high.

This will also be tonight's open thread, so be sure to join us when it starts!
