JohnHis second marriage was to another CNN anchor Dana Bash and he converted to Judaism before marrying her. They tied the knot in 2008 and welcomed a son Jonah in 2011. A year later, in 2012, the couple separated.

While they are no longer together, John And Dana Stay connected as a fellow parent and contributor to CNN.

After announcing his MS diagnosis, Dana wrote on Instagram: “Very proud of John King, not only for telling his story publicly after all these years – but also why he did it.” You never know who around you is immunocompromised.
