Justin Timberlake fan is mortified after singer realizes she is making a faux pas at concert

A Justin Timberlake fan was left disappointed after he was caught making a serious performance faux pas at the pop singer's recent concert.

The pop star was performing at the Montreal stop of his sold-out Forget Tomorrow world tour when he approached the front row of fans during a rendition of his song “Flame.”

While most fans gave Timberlake, 43, their undivided attention, he soon noticed a woman engrossed in her phone. Apparently, when she sent a message to someone, she was completely unaware of his proximity.

Sensing an opportunity to have some fun, Timberlake leaned over her as she sang to get her to look up, but to no avail.

She was finally brought out of her phone stupor by the fans standing next to her and shoved her in the arm.

Unfortunately, when she looked up, Timberlake was already gone, causing the woman to gasp in shock and reach out to him in desperation.

Then she dramatically and desperately threw herself onto the stage with her arms outstretched, clearly angry with herself for her mistake.

In a clip that has since received nearly half a million likes and 4.8 million views on TikTok, one fan wrote: “When you're too busy texting and miss Justin Timberlake, who's right in front of you.” Flame’ sings.”

In their comment on the TikTok, fans joked about how they would have felt if they had been in the woman's shoes.

“Girl I hope the text was worth it,” one said, while another remarked: “Whoever I texted I would never speak to again.”

“Why are you so distracted?” people were amazed.

“The way she grabbed his leg and said, 'No, don't go,'” wrote another.

On Sunday, Timberlake thanked his wife, actress Jessica Biel, for celebrating their anniversary with his show in Montreal.

In a clip shared on his Instagram, Timberlake announced to his fans that it was a “very special evening” for the couple as it marked the 12th anniversary of their wedding.

“My wife is here tonight,” he said, drawing loud cheers from the crowd. “And tonight is our 12th anniversary. So be kind to her Montreal, because she shares me with all of you.”

Last month, Timberlake issued a contrite statement after pleading guilty to one count of driving while impaired following his arrest in June as part of a deal with New York prosecutors.

The former NSYNC star addressed the incident on the steps of a New York courthouse after entering the plea to avoid more serious drunken driving charges for the headline incident in the Hamptons.

“Many of you have probably covered me for most of my life, and as you may know, I try to hold myself to a very high standard and this wasn't it,” he said.

“I found myself in a situation where I could have made a different decision, but I've had some time to think about it and the fact that you're all here, I also understand that I have a platform, you do a platform.”, that’s what we share.

“So what I want to say to everyone watching and listening: Even if you've ever had a drink, don't get behind the wheel of a car. There are so many alternatives: call a friend and get an Uber.”

He added: “That's a mistake I made, but I hope everyone watching and listening right now can learn from that mistake. “I know I definitely did.”

Timberlake continues his world tour in support of his latest album.Everything I thought it would be,which was released in March this year.

Next up is his appearance at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, followed by performances in Philadelphia, Washington and Toronto.
