'Do Patti' officially released on Netflix on October 25th. It is a Thriller mystery film starring Kajol and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles. The film tells the story of twin sisters hiding dark secrets and a relentless police inspector determined to uncover the truth behind an attempted murder. The investigation, which takes place in the picturesque hills of Devipur, Uttarakhand, a fictional town, reveals a complex network of lies and half-truths.
A day before its release, the makers organized a special screening of 'Do Patti' which turned out to be a glamorous affair. Many celebrities were present at the event on October 24th. Stars like Kajol with Ajay Devgn, Kriti Sanon, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Ahana Kumra, Hina Khan, Shaheer Sheikh, Sunny Kaushal, Rupali Ganguly and many others arrived at the event in their stylish best.
Kriti Sanon turned heads at the screening as she looked stunning in a black cropped top, two-tone skirt and black heeled boots. Ajay Devgn supported his wife Kajol as he attended the special screening of their film. The couple arrived at the venue together and even happily posed for the paparazzi. The duo looked super stylish as they met in black.
Arjun looked dapper in a black sweatshirt with black jeans while Shaheer opted for a black t-shirt and black pants.
Shriya Pilgaonkar came to the screening with her mother Supriya Pilagaonkar. Manish Malhotra, Abhishek Banerjee, Mushtaq Sheikh, Veer Pahariya, Dinesh Vijan, Amar Kaushik, Vatsal Seth with Ishita Dutta, Ashutosh Gowariker with wife Sunita Gowariker, Anand L Rai, Mukesh Chhabra, Kanika Dhillon and many others were also spotted at the event.
Recently, at a promotional event, Kriti expressed her excitement about the project. She will be seen in a dual role in the film. In a press release, Kriti shared, “Do Patti is very special for me, not only because it is my first film as a producer but also because it has allowed me to explore my own duality on screen. This film was like my baby.” ; Kanika and I have supported it from the beginning, especially in our capacity as producers, and it is truly fulfilling to be part of this journey with Netflix and that is also the reason why I decided to produce this film as my first play and I can’t wait for audiences to experience it.”
Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, the film also stars Shaheer Sheikh. The film will be released on Netflix on October 25th. Do Patti is produced by Kanika Dhillon and Kriti Sanon.
