Wetin we call this photo, Harris calls Trump a threat as she splits with Biden

Ahead of the US presidential election, Democratic White House candidate Kamala Harris gives her first interview with Fox News.

She often clashed with the host over topics such as transgender prisoners, illegal immigration and President Biden's mental fitness.

During the interview, the U.S. Vice President and Bret Baier pause each speech and come to a point where Harris says, “I'm ready to respond to the point you're making, and I'd like to conclude.” “ .”

Their attack on the network was supported by some of their harshest media critics. Opinion polls show the majority of male voters support their Republican rival Donald Trump ahead of next month's election.

This gender gap is not even part of their key electoral coalition, which includes younger voters, blacks and Hispanics.

Meanwhile, Trump will show his face on Fox on Wednesday, at a town hall-style event featuring all of us women, as I work to address my own political vulnerability with female voters.

Check out some of the topics Kamala Harris spoke about.

Harris split from Biden

Afta Fox plays an excerpt from an interview she gave last week in which she wanted to say, “I don't know what she wants,” as she tries to create a gap between herself and her oga.

“I want to be very clear that my presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency,” she said Wednesday, but did not explain in detail.

Baier presses Harris on her belief that American voters will not “go back” to Trump and that they will continue to support the former president who is “stupid” or “misinformed.”

“I don’t know what to think of the American Pipo,” Harris replies.

Baier also presses her on why one of her campaign candidates is promising to “turn the page” if she doesn't serve as vice president for more than three years.

Harris begins criticizing Trump.

Gender surgery for prisoners

They are asking Harris about taxpayer-funded gender reassignment surgery for prisoners, a policy she has reportedly not supported in the past.

When asked if she, as president, should advocate for using taxpayer money for gender reassignment surgery, she replies, “I will follow the law.”

When they asked her to provide more details, she said operations like this were available to prisoners in Trump's office.

However, transgender surgeries were not taking place in the federal prison system when Trump became president.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons told BBC Verify that two federal inmates are not having gender reassignment surgeries – the first was in 2022 and the second in 2023.

If Harris runs as the 2019 Democratic presidential candidate, she will have to check a box on a questionnaire from a civil rights group that will show her as president. She will use her authority to ensure that identifying as a transgender person, detention centers and immigration facilities have access to “treatments related to gender reassignment, including all necessary surgical treatments.”

Harris' campaign says: “Do not be convinced that she is proposing or running for the 2024 election.”

Harris asked her to apologize

The interview with the vice president began with the topic of immigration, while Baier played an emotional clip for her show with the mother of Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old girl and a migrant who illegally crossed the border into the United States, releasing the container from the Detention.

When asked if she should apologize to the families of Americans because illegal immigrants don't kill, Harris replies, “I'm sorry for your loss.”

“These are tragic cases,” she adds. “No question about me.”

Baier also asked about her stance in 2019 on border crossings so that they no longer become crimes. This is one of the many issues where we don't blame the vice president for flip-flopping.

Harris says, “I don’t believe in decriminalizing border crossings, and I won’t do that as vice president, and I won’t do that as president.”

She continues to blame Trump for convincing Republicans to get Congress to vote against a border deal earlier this year. She said, “I would rather address a problem than solve it.”

Harris dodges the question about Biden's mental state

When they ask Harris questions about President Joe Biden's mental health, she redirects those questions.

They asked her when she first noticed that Biden's mental abilities were “like falling,” and Harris said, “Joe Biden, I'm just about to walk from the Oval Office to the Situation Room and I'm getting a verdict. .. and.” Experience doing exactly what I don’t need to do to make very important decisions on behalf of American pipo.

When pressed more on the issue, Harris responds: “Joe Biden is not for the vote, and Donald Trump is for it.”
