Kanye West has been sued for allegedly taking drugs and sexually assaulting a former assistant during a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs

Kanye West's ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta claims in a bombshell lawsuit that she was allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted while attending a studio session with her ex-boss and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The model claims in an amended complaint obtained by Page Six on Saturday that she was allegedly given a drink “containing an unidentified drug” during the session in Santa Monica, California.

She claims that West, 47, was the one who ordered the drink to be poured. Although Combs, 54, was named in the lawsuit for allegedly “co-moderating” the studio session, he was not accused of any wrongdoing.

Pisciotta added that after consuming the drink she felt “disoriented” and had “less control over her body and speech,” according to the complaint filed Oct. 8 in the Los Angeles Superior Court of California.

The next morning, she claimed she felt sick and was “immensely embarrassed” – but she still wasn't clear on all the details.

Pisciotta, who sued West for sexual harassment and wrongful termination earlier this year, claimed she only learned “much later” what allegedly happened to her the night of the studio session.

She claims the Yeezy founder confessed to her that they “dated a little bit once,” referring to the night she was allegedly drugged, the complaint says.

West was reportedly married at the time of the alleged assault. He and Kim Kardashian married in 2014 and divorced in 2022.

West's wife, who was not named in the complaint, had allegedly accused him of sexual relations with Pisciotta, leading him to admit what allegedly happened at the studio session.

“Until that day, until that conversation and the revelation of true facts and the actions taken that night, the plaintiff neither knew nor believed that she was sexually assaulted that night, as the plaintiff only thought she was by a studio assistant, which probably embarrassed himself and then he took the blame,” the complaint continues.

The former assistant felt “disgusted and numb” by West's alleged revelation and reportedly knew at that moment that she had to quit working for the “Power” rapper.

However, according to the complaint, she allegedly had to be “extremely careful” about distancing herself because she assumed she would be “silenced, blacklisted and retaliated against.”

Pisciotta was reportedly fired shortly thereafter. In her lawsuit, originally filed in June, she claims she was never paid the $3 million she was allegedly owed.

In the filing, the OnlyFans model also claimed that she received vulgar text messages from West on multiple occasions.

“See, my problem is that I want to fuck, but after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard they were fucked while I'm fucking her. Then I want her to cheat on me,” one of the alleged messages reads.

Pisciotta also claimed to have received intimate photos of “current and former” Yeezy employees — both “men and women” — from West.

Additionally, she claimed to have witnessed the “Gold Digger” rapper masturbating next to her before falling asleep. He was also allegedly angry at her for rejecting advances to “go out with him or have sex.”

West's lawyers had previously called Pisciotta's allegations “baseless,” claiming to Page Six in June that the model had “sexually pursued” the “Runaway” rapper to obtain employment and other material benefits.

The lawyers also alleged that Pisciotta then blackmailed West when “her advances were rejected.”

“Prior to her termination as assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in order to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved,” they continued.

“She was terminated for lack of qualifications, demanding unreasonable amounts of money (including an annual salary of $4 million), and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, clumsy behavior.”

Page Six reached out to West's representative for comment on the new allegations in the amended complaint but did not immediately receive a response. Representatives for Combs declined to comment.
