Kevin Durant and Devin Booker mesmerize NBA fans as Suns win over James Harden and Clippers | News, results, highlights, statistics and rumors

Devin Booker scored 40 points and Kevin Durant added 18 to lead the Phoenix Suns to a 125-119 road win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday night.

Royce O'Neale scored 21 points off the bench for the 4-1 Suns, who allowed 70 points in the first half and trailed by as many as 21 before staging a successful comeback.

O'Neale made the biggest shot of the game, hitting a three-pointer with 45 seconds left, making the lead 118-112.

Phoenix's hot shooting got the job done, with the Suns making 51.2 percent of their shots and 18 of 39 three-pointers. Notably, Phoenix scored its first 15 field goal attempts in the third quarter.

Clippers point guard James Harden led LA with a triple-double of 25 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds. Norman Powell scored 23 points and Ivica Zubac added a double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds.

Ultimately, the Suns won a tough game and squared off with the Golden State Warriors for second place in the West.

Fans and analysts recognized their impressive performance, led by Booker, who shot 11 of 18 (5 of 9 from three) and added eight assists and three steals.

Phoenix will now play three games against the Portland Trail Blazers starting Saturday evening.
