Kamala Harris' presidential campaign is getting a lot more musical.

Several music superstars, from Lady Gaga and Katy Perry to Ricky Martin and Christina Aguilera, supported the vice president with a series of rally appearances ahead of the 2024 presidential election on Tuesday. Harris is running against Republican nominee and former President Donald Trump.

The musicians not only thrilled audiences across the country with their performances, but also shared why they voted for Harris. “Kamala Harris is for us. She's for unity, she's for all Americans,” Martin told an audience in Philadelphia, while Aguilera encouraged fans to “vote for freedom.”

Martin previously shared his enthusiasm for the Democratic candidate in a statement to Rolling Stone.

“For Latinos, there is more at stake in this election than ever before,” Martin told the medium. “Latinos will be crucial to tomorrow's victory for Vice President Harris, a leader who will stand with us and fight for us as president. I couldn’t be prouder to be with her in Philadelphia tonight.”

Harris has received numerous endorsements from pop music royalty throughout her campaign, including Megan Thee Stallion, Bruce Springsteen, Beyoncé, Charli XCX and Cardi B, the latter of whom spoke at a rally in Wisconsin on Friday.

“Just like Kamala Harris, I was the underdog,” Cardi said during her speech at the Wisconsin State Fair Park. “I was underestimated, my success was belittled and discredited. Women have to work ten times harder, perform ten times better, and yet people wonder how we got to the top.”

Philadelphia: Lady Gaga sings “God Bless America,” Ricky Martin performs for Harris

It was a night full of Puerto Rican talent in Philadelphia. Before bringing Ricky Martin on stage for an electrifying performance, Fat Joe took the stage and declared, “Yo soy Boricua, para que tu lo sepa,” which translates to “I'm Boricua, just so you know.”

He added: “I heard they needed a Puerto Rican in Philly and I was so happy to be here and represent Puerto Ricans. Tonight I'll keep it short and sweet; it’s all about pride.”

The New York rapper also spoke about why his vote goes to Harris and why he believes she should be the next President of the USA: “Kamala Harris is for us. “It’s for unity, it’s for all Americans – black, white, big, little, Latino, whatever,” Fat Joe said. “She’s for us. One thing I wouldn't do is sell my soul for anyone. If I’m out here telling you she’s the one, it’s because I know she’s the one.”

On stage at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Martin performed “Livin' la Vida Loca” and other hits at an event that featured Oprah Winfrey and Harris herself.

During his final song, he implored the audience: “Please vote to help our democracy; it’s a vote for Kamala.”

Tasked with introducing Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff, a leather jacket-clad Lady Gaga sat at a grand piano and delivered a powerful rendition of “God Bless America.”

“For much of this country’s life, women have not had a voice. Yet we raised children, we held our families together, we supported men in their decisions. But tomorrow women will be involved in this decision,” Gaga said. She added that she believed Harris would be a president “for all Americans.”

Katy Perry sings for Harris campaign in Pittsburgh

Perry showed her support for the Harris campaign with an appearance at Carrie Blast Furnaces in Pittsburgh. She performed her hits “Dark Horse,” “Part of Me” and “Firework.”

At the end of her appearance, Perry supported Harris: “Four years ago I became a mother… She is the reason I am voting for Kamala Harris. I know she will protect the future of my daughter and your children.”

Soul-pop powerhouse Andra Day and DJ D-Nice also performed.

James Taylor treats North Carolina crowd to “Something In The Way She Moves”

James Taylor, who grew up in North Carolina, showed his support at Harris' rally in Raleigh.

The Grammy winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer brought his guitar to the stage to treat the audience to a performance of “Something In The Way She Moves.”

The folk-rock icon's appearance follows his no-show at the Democratic National Convention in August. Taylor was scheduled to take the stage as part of the convention's Day 1 opener, but scheduling delays apparently resulted in his appearance being scrapped.

Other artists in North Carolina included “American Idol” alum Fantasia Barrino, country group Sugarland and pop singer Remi Wolf.

Jon Bon Jovi and The War and Treaty rock out at the Harris rally in Detroit

Rock icon Jon Bon Jovi and The War and Treaty have teamed up for an electrifying performance of their new track “The People's House” at Detroit's Hart Plaza.

“Detroit, we won’t turn around,” Michael Trotter Jr. sang during the song.

Their performance also included a stripped-down version of “Livin' on a Prayer.” As the song came to an end, Bon Jovi said, “Go vote tomorrow. Let's elect Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. America is counting on you.”

Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz and his wife Gwen Walz also appeared at the rally.

Bon Jovi was also on the safe side for the Harris election with a performance in Atlanta on Sunday. The Grammy-winning singer sang an acoustic rendition of his band's '80s classic “Livin' on a Prayer.”

Christina Aguilera lends her powerful vocals to Kamala Harris' Vegas rally

With a performance at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Aguilera lent her signature vocal acrobatics to Harris' election celebration. Regional Mexican band Los Tigres del Norte and EDM duo Sofi Tukker also performed.

“Tonight I am here to honor the people who fought to give us the privilege of being heard. Let’s raise our voices and vote for freedom,” she said before launching into 2002’s “Fighter.”

According to videos posted on social media, Aguilera also performed “Beautiful” from the same album as well as her Pitball collaboration “Feel This Moment.”
