She also claims that One Direction Liam repeatedly tried to contact her mother, Azteca Henry.

In a statement to The Sun, a spokesperson said: “Maya Henry issued a cease and desist notice to Liam Payne last week after new and concerning information emerged.”

“She has appointed lawyers Marco Crawford and Daniel Cerna to represent her. This is their only comment on the matter at this time.”

The legal battle comes just days after The Sun revealed Liam had parted ways with his management team earlier this year.

On TikTok, Maya claimed: “He's been blowing up my phone since we broke up.

“It always comes from different phone numbers, so I never know where it comes from.

“He will create new iCloud accounts to send me iMessages. It's always a damn new iCloud account. Every time I see a new one pop up on my phone I think, “Oh, here we go again.”

“He’ll email me too.”

She later added: “There is no right or wrong time to speak out on these issues.

“It is disturbing that this man still does these things to me.
