This year's festival features a craft fair in the blocks immediately west of the Ithaca Commons, including the 100 blocks of North and South Cayuga Streets, the 100 block of West State Street and the 100 block of North Geneva Street. Food vendors are located in the 100 block of South Geneva Street and the 200 block of West State Street. All of these blocks are closed to traffic from Friday to Sunday. Blocks north of the Commons remain open to traffic.

A map of the Apple Harvest Festival shows West State Street closed to Albany Street and a block of Geneva and Cayuga closed on either side of the state.

Organizers say they are still welcoming volunteers. Register online to help set up and dismantle, assist vendors, set up information booths, assist at street intersections, and keep the festival clean and environmentally friendly.
