Pressure has increased on Bush to make a public statement as several people close to him personally and politically have come out in support of Harris over the past month.

Dick Cheney endorsed Harris in September. His daughter made the announcement at the Texas Tribune Festival in Austin.

This was echoed by Dick Cheney, who wrote in a statement: “In our nation’s 248-year history, there has never been a person who has posed a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump. He tried to steal the last election by using lies and lies.” Violence to stay in power after voters rejected him, he can never be trusted with power again.

More than 200 of Bush's former aides have openly supported Harris, including former Bush White House communications director Nicolle Wallace, who told MSNBC on Nov. 1 that she hoped her former employer would have a “change of heart” after his Office had previously stated that he would not support anyone in this race.

George W. Bush's team was contacted via email outside of normal working hours for comment.

She spoke to People Magazine about her decision to door-knock for Harris, saying, “It was inspiring to catch up with friends and meet voters from the Harris-Walz campaign in Pennsylvania this weekend. I am confident that they will move our country forward.” Protecting women’s rights.”

Liz Cheney has paid a political price for her never-Trump views. After serving on the Jan. 6 committee, Cheney lost her House seat to a pro-Trump candidate in 2022.

She was also personally threatened. Wallace urged her former boss to change his mind after Trump said on Oct. 31 that Cheney should “point the guns in her face.”

Bush, on the other hand, has not been involved in politics since 2008 and is instead enjoying life as a painter in his native Texas.
