Moment Diddy lets out creepy laughter as he invites 13-year-old Daveigh Chase to a party in resurfaced video amid latest sexual abuse allegations

The resurfaced video shows the moment Diddy let out a creepy laugh while inviting a 13-year-old child actress to an afterparty in 2003.

Sean “Diddy” Combs invites “The Ring” actress Daveigh Chase to a party for an MTV event after presenting her with an award on stage.

“Are you coming to the afterparty tonight?” he says in the video. Diddy was at the VMAs to present the Best Villain category with Ashton Kutcher, which Chase won.

He laughs eerily when Chase agrees to come along.

The clip has resurfaced amid shocking and separate allegations from a person who claims she was raped by Diddy and another unnamed male celebrity at a VMAs afterparty three years earlier, when she was 13.

Chase has not commented on the resurfaced video and there is no evidence that anything untoward happened at the 2003 afterparty.

Diddy encouraged Chase on stage as she gave her acceptance speech for her win in the Best Villain category.

She won the award for her performance in “The Ring.”

She was later photographed with Diddy and Kutcher at the VH1 Big In '03 event.

The video resurfaced when an unnamed woman claimed she was raped at the rapper's home in 2000.

Diddy denies all allegations against him. He is currently in prison awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

He is accused of drugging and raping victims aged nine.

His lawyers told DailyMail.com he had “never sexually assaulted anyone” and said the recent “barrage of ads” were nothing more than “clear attempts to gain publicity.”

The plaintiff claims an unnamed male celebrity also raped her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity watched.

She was 13 years old at the time and went to Radio City Music Hall without a ticket, hoping to attend the event.

She was unsuccessful, but met Diddy's driver, who told her to come back after the show.

She claims the driver took her “20 minutes away” to a “big white house with a gated U-shaped driveway.”

Inside, the woman claims she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

She says she saw “a lot” of celebrities at the house and that there was “widespread” cocaine and marijuana use.

“(She) accepted a drink, a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice,” and then felt “light-headed.”

Diddy's annual

Diddy's annual “White Party” on Labor Day was known for being crazy and often getting out of control, with neighbors often calling the police to complain about noise

“Looking for a place to rest, plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom where she could lie down for a moment,” the 19-page legal document states.

Shortly thereafter, Combs entered the room with a male and a female celebrity.

“Combs aggressively approached plaintiff with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, 'You're ready to party!'”

“Combs then threw plaintiff toward another male celebrity, Celebrity A, who removed plaintiff’s clothing as she became increasingly disoriented.

“Plaintiff was restrained by Celebrity A, who raped her vaginally while Combs and Celebrity B, a woman, watched.”

“After the male celebrity finished, Combs vaginally raped the plaintiff while Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched.”

“Combs attempted to force plaintiff to perform oral sex, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped.'

No further information is provided about the celebrities who are not named.

Combs' white parties and other events were notorious at the time, often drawing large A-list crowds.

The lawsuit states that the victim eventually escaped the after-party venue.

She later fell into a “deep depression that continues to impact every aspect of her life,” the lawsuit says.

Diddy attended the 2000 VMAs with his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez. She is not named in the lawsuit.

This came amid a slew of new allegations against the rapper.

Tony Buzbee has filed 12 lawsuits in the past week alone on behalf of alleged Diddy victims, both male and female, seeking damages.

Buzbee said that although some of the alleged abuses dated back more than two decades, as far back as 2000, “most of the events described occurred in 2022.”

“The egregious conduct detailed in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas,” he said.

All plaintiffs will remain anonymous, as will the first six whose lawsuits were filed last week.

Buzbee is lead counsel in the lawsuits through his law firm Buzbee Law Firm in Houston, assisted by AVA Law Group in California and Curis Law in New York.

The lawyer said last week that a hotline he set up for victims and witnesses of Diddy and his associates received 12,000 calls in 24 hours.

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said he expects lawsuits to be filed next month, with most lawsuits expected to be filed in New York and Los Angeles

His team gathered enough evidence to file 120 victim lawsuits against the rapper and announced them at a press conference three weeks ago.

Of the 120 alleged victims, 25 were minors at the time of the abuse; the youngest were 9, 14 and 15 years old.

Diddy's lawyers, meanwhile, claim the hip-hop mogul is not guilty of the charges.

“Mr. Combs strongly and categorically denies as false and defamatory any allegation that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” Combs' attorney Erica Wolff told DailyMail.com.

“He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be determined based on evidence and not speculation.”
