More rain hits Florida right after Milton

Some South Florida cities are expecting more rain this weekend, just days after Hurricane Milton devastated the state.

Hurricane Milton made landfall near Siesta Key on Wednesday as a Category 3 hurricane before crossing the state and emptying into the Atlantic Ocean. Milton arrived just two weeks after Hurricane Helene caused damage across Florida. While efforts to clear and recover the debris continue, the NWS office in Miami warned that more rain is on the way.
