Nate Diaz speaks out about a viral video in which Mike Tyson admits he mistook Hasbulla for a baby

Former UFC superstar Nate Diaz was thrilled by Mike Tyson's viral story about his first interactions with social media sensation Hasbulla.

Nate Diaz is planning his fighting comeback, possibly in the UFC Octagon, after earning his first win in professional boxing earlier this year. He defeated former UFC 244 opponent Jorge Masvidal by majority decision in a rematch of the BMF title fight.

As Diaz considers his next move, he remains active on social media and remains one of the top brands among UFC fans. He keeps an eye on the latest storylines in mixed martial arts and boxing, including Tyson's upcoming fight with Jake Paul.

Ahead of his boxing comeback, Tyson recounted a hilarious first encounter with Hasbulla, which was made public on social media in 2021. During an impromptu meeting in his podcast studio, Tyson mistook Hasbulla, who suffers from dwarfism, for a child. Hasbulla is 26 years old.

Diaz promoted the viral clip in a recent post X.

“This is hilarious (LAUGHS),” Diaz wrote.

Diaz is a long-time fan of Tyson, going back to the heavyweight boxer's destructive run in the ring. He also supported Tyson in his dispute with Hulu over the alleged theft of rights to his life story in a miniseries.

Tyson, 58, will make his unprecedented return to the ring against Paul on November 15 in Dallas. It is his first professional boxing match since his loss to Kevin McBride in 2005.

Meanwhile, Diaz hasn't fought in MMA since his win over Tony Ferguson at UFC 279. However, it is hinted that he may return to the UFC to complete his trilogy with Conor McGregor.

Diaz lost to Paul by decision in his professional boxing debut last year. It is uncertain whether Diaz will return to MMA, boxing or another combat sports discipline after the Masvidal fight.

After making a lot of memories in the Octagon, Diaz is one of the biggest superstars in UFC history. His last-minute victory over McGregor at UFC 196 is considered one of the sport's biggest upsets of all time.

Diaz has many options for the next chapter of his martial arts career. As for Tyson, he is unlikely to make the same mistake in his fight with Paul as he did in his first encounter with Hasbulla.
