A missing little boy who was the subject of a statewide Amber Alert has been found in Groveport, but his suspected father, with whom he was last seen in southeastern Franklin County, remains at large, authorities said.

Police were searching for two-month-old Caius Burris of Lithopolis, Fairfield County, after he was last seen Tuesday afternoon with his father, 27-year-old Russell Burris, in the 4300 block of Cedarhill Road in Canal Winchester, according to state alerts.

Caius has since been found in the 4100 block of Lachlan Landings Drive in Groveport, police reported through Franklin County police channels and confirmed by Columbus police. The suspect, Russell Burris, was not found with the child and was reported still at large.

Russell Burris is described as a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white hoodie with blue lettering and has a Playboy bunny tattoo on his right hand.

He is believed to be driving a silver 2009 Honda Accord with Ohio license plate KJC-3489 with tinted windows and damage to the left rear of the vehicle. Two other people, Bernard Turner and Rhonda Sprague, may have been in the vehicle with Burris, authorities say.

Anyone with information on the elder Burris' whereabouts is asked to contact 911 immediately.
