Weather across Texas will vary depending on where you are and where you are traveling. Warmer than average temperatures and sunny skies are forecast in the Panhandle and near Lubbock. Cooler temperatures are forecast from Lubbock south to I-20 and east past Dallas and west past Midland. The further south you travel, the more rain and warmer temperatures are forecast.
