Raleigh, North Carolina – Cooler temperatures will settle in Raleigh this weekend as a cold front brings a welcome relief from the humidity. Sunday promises clear skies and cooler air, perfect for outdoor plans. On Sunday temperatures will peak at around 20°C, while nighttime lows will drop to as low as 40°C, creating a crisp autumn feel across the region.

According to the National Weather Service, a steady northeast wind at 5 to 10 mph will bring cooler air in Raleigh and low humidity. After a partly cloudy Saturday night with low temperatures around 44°F, sunshine Sunday will provide drier, refreshing conditions for residents to comfortably enjoy their outdoor activities. Those planning weekend trips or events should prepare for cool nighttime temperatures, especially in open or rural areas.

The extended forecast shows a warming trend over the week, with the high temperature reaching 23°C on Monday under partly sunny skies. Overnight lows will be mild, reaching the mid 50s on Monday. By Tuesday temperatures will rise to a high of around 25°C, meaning skies will be mostly sunny, although some clouds will appear overnight and lows will be around 16°C.

Looking ahead, Raleigh can expect even warmer weather on Wednesday, with highs reaching 80°F (26°C), making it one of the warmest days of the week. The forecast continues to favor partly sunny conditions through Thursday, bringing residents mild weather in early November. As the nights continue to get cooler, residents should consider wearing layered clothing, especially when going outside in the early morning or evening.
