KANSAS CITY, Missouri (KCTV) – Patrick Mahomes' mother expressed her opinion ahead of Tuesday's presidential election.

In a video obtained by Outkick, Randi Mahomes donned a “Make America Great Again” hat in a suite at Arrowhead Stadium, showing her support for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

“Make America great again,” Randi said in the video. “Let's do it! Court!”

Trump won the 2016 presidential election against Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and became the 45th President of the United States. In 2020, he lost to current President Joe Biden.

In September, Patrick Mahomes said he would not support Donald Trump or Kamala Harris, Evan, as the former president continued to call his wife Brittany, a supporter of his campaign.

“I don’t want my space and my platform to be used to support a candidate or do whatever,” Mahomes said before heading to practice before a Week 2 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. “I think my job is to inform people that they need to register to vote. It’s about educating people, doing their own research and then making the best decision for them and their family.”

Mahomes' comments about avoiding an endorsement came less than a day after pop star Taylor Swift, who is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, endorsed Harris for president.

Swift's endorsement prompted Trump to say in a telephone interview with Fox News on Wednesday: “I actually like Ms. Mahomes a lot better, if you want to know the truth.” She is a big Trump fan. I like Brittany. I think Brittany is great.”

Randi's support came ahead of the Monday Night Football match between the Kansas City Chiefs (7-0) and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-4).
