The competition between coaches is fierce on “The Voice.”

In a preview clip from the Sept. 30 episode of the long-running NBC series, Michael Bublé gets annoyed when his block prevents fellow coach Reba McEntire from accepting a hopeful onto her team during the blind auditions.

The sneak peek begins with Bublé leaning back in his red chair and McEntire's light appearing to read “blocked” in front of her chair.

“I think I should stop lying because it makes me feel bad,” says the Just Haven't Met You Yet singer.

“You don’t,” McEntire replies.

“I'm a bit of a liar,” he says after Gwen Stefani calls him one, although it's not exactly clear why.

Snoop Dogg also accused Bublé of being a liar before McEntire went on the offensive.

“You should be ashamed of yourself,” she says jokingly.

She then tells the camera that she was surprised by his behavior.

“Michael is a newbie and he blocked me. That’s terribly rude,” she says, referring to the fact that he’s in his first season as a coach on the show.

“It was very sneaky of you to do that,” she tells him in a one-on-one conversation.

“Thank you,” he says, making the audience – and McEntire – laugh. “I’m honestly proud of myself. I play the game. I’m learning.”

“That's him. He’s doing too well,” says the “Fancy” singer.

You can see Bublé and McEntire in action along with Stefani and Snoop when the next episode of The Voice airs on September 30 at 8pm ET. It is also streaming on Peacock.
