Scott Van Pelt lovingly trolled Steph Curry for his Panthers fan base during the interview

The Carolina Panthers aren't particularly good this season, but they still have a famous fan on their side.

During a conversation with ESPN's Scott Van Pelt at halftime of Monday Night FootballNBA superstar Steph Curry ended the conversation with a “Go Panthers!” to support his favorite NFL team.

Well, Van Pelt couldn't help himself and trolled Curry with a perfectly timed “Good luck with that.”

The Golden State Warriors legend got a big laugh at Van Pelt's light-hearted mockery, while Carolina fans can only laugh at the shabby situation in Charlotte.

Maybe the Panthers will be able to get things going at some point. Until then, jokes like this will continue.
