He noted that several players suffered what Tomlin calls bumps and bruises related to the game, and two others suffered serious injuries.

Tomlin followed cornerback Donte Jackson and defensive tackle Montravius ​​Adams. Tomlin said Jackson had a shoulder injury and could not return, and Adams suffered a knee injury and missed the rest of the game.

Jackson's absence opened the door for James Pierre and the Jets took advantage of the imbalance. For Adams, the Jets made a concerted effort to run the ball without the backup nose tackle in the rotation, but the rest of the defense stepped up to fill the gaps.
