Sturgill Simpson brutally trolls Arkansas fans

Sturgill Simpson couldn't resist trolling Arkansas fans during a recent concert.

Sturgill is from Kentucky and is a Wildcats fan. This was shown during a Wednesday show in Rogers, Arkansas.

The country music star made a comment about his drummer also being a Kentucky fan, then boasted about John Calipari ditching Lexington for the Razorbacks.

“Do not be angry. Do not be angry. You had your chance, now Calipari is gone. Now get ready to make that ass cheer. You know what's coming. All I'm saying is: Mark Pope doesn't suck. “Play around, okay? Don’t mix business with politics,” Simpson told the raucous crowd in Arkansas.

The fans responded by chanting “Wooo Pig Sooie” and from then on the racing began. You can listen to the audio below and let me know what you think [email protected].

Below is a short clip of the moment people at the concert started calling the pigs.

This is a great example of why we love college sports so much. It's a perfect example of how college sports fans are a different breed.

Sturgill Simpson was doing a show in Arkansas, and instead of just focusing on the music, he decided to make it clear to the Razorbacks crowd that he doesn't miss Calipari at all.

He's betting on Mark Pope and believes his Wildcats will rock Arkansas. Of course, the crowd didn't just take it and threw it right at him.

Even if you're not familiar with Simpson's work, I recommend you take a look. He is one of the most underrated men in music and his songs run the gamut. He can take listeners on an emotional roller coaster with one song and get them celebrating with another. Simpson is also an experienced troll. The man can do everything.
