Tennessee Titans safety Quandre Diggs suffered an injury against the New England Patriots

Tennessee Titans veteran safety Quandre Diggs left the team's game on Sunday in the second quarter against the New England Patriots, favoring his left foot.

Diggs went straight to the blue medical tent on the Titans' sideline, assisted by two of the Titans' athletic trainers. He was quickly placed on a cart and then driven back to the locker room. He is out for the rest of the game.

Mike Brown replaced Diggs in defense after his injury. Along with Brown, rookie Julius Wood is the only other reserve safety on the Titans' active roster. Starter Amani Hooker will play Sunday despite missing the week with a groin injury, according to his injury report.

Diggs has been a regular starter for the Titans since signing with the team during training camp. A three-time Pro Bowler who previously played for the Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions, Diggs collected 21 tackles in the Titans' first four games.
