Thanksgiving 2024 at the Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs: A menu of American specialties

On the 4th Thursday in November, November 28ththe American people will celebrate thanksgiving… and that also applies to expatriates in Paris! Yes, this festive occasion is a great success on the other side of the Atlantic, but there are also some in Paris Bars and restaurants get inAmerican Spirit!

This is the case at the Hotel des Grands Voyageurs, which invites Americans, foodies of all stripes and the curious in search of new discoveries to Thanksgiving 2024 from November 25th to 30th festive menu created for this occasion by Chef Benoit Ayissi. On the program: the greatest American specialties, of course, that are usually eaten that day.

A starter/main course/dessert menu costs €49and includes a Pumpkin velouté with porcini mushroom seasoning and crispy crouton; traditional Thanksgiving poultry in the form of a Pressé de Volaille aux Marrons by Arnaud Tauzin, enriched with a parsnip and roasted corn cream and a cranberry sauce; before finishing with a Pecan tartaccompanied by a vanilla Fontainebleau cream.
